Transitions are a part of life, allowing for perpetual renewal. When you experience the end of one chapter, allow yourself to feel the emotions of loss and rebirth. A bud gives way to a new flower, which surrenders to the fruit, which gives rise to a seed, which yields a new sprout. Even as you ride the roller coaster, embrace the centered internal reference of the ever-present witness.
During Rebirth, Divine Energy flows to the areas prepared by the Death Season. Energy doesn't die — during the Death Season it transmutes into a form that can support the divine energy you will birth in the Season of Union. Like tending a garden: the soil is fertilizing seeds of divine energy, watching them grow before harvest. Harvesting belongs to what comes next.
Arrange your altar in an upside-down triangle — the shape of the Divine Feminine from the Merkaba symbol.
Routines are rituals. Chosen behaviors communicate to the Divine and to the body what we intend — what can be trusted. The more solid your routines, the more your body can allow change to occur. Divine energy expanding consciousness is physically demanding; these contractions and decompressions will be slow without stable rituals to anchor them.
Each year, deep clean, rearrange, and beautify. Beauty manifests beauty. Find your definition of authentic beauty, live in it, surround yourself with it.
A good time to add new plants — green, green, and more green. Locally grown when possible.
Begin transitioning toward lighter, seasonal eating. Raw vegetables in small portions, steamed or roasted veggies, spring greens, dandelion root tea, and anything locally in season.
